Since the front side markers are spliced into c-light from factory, they will turn on as well. Also note that if you want to disable the low-beam drl have pull harness resistor not mentioned in Subispeed video. This harness is retail. I just recently sold that car and the dealer did not want it installed so removed.

From the Subispeed site: most people love new boomerang or c-light present in Wrx. However, many have expressed their interest in running that light as the drl vs high beam. It will remain on even if the parking lights, low beams, or high beams are turned.

No issues at time of removal. Pulling the resistor harness is easy and videos can be found on YouTube or you contact me after sale. I used this harness for approximately 6 months on my 2017 Wrx limited. In the limited Wrx and Sti, this harness will light up c-light as soon handbrake is disengaged.
